City of Shepherd Community Center
In case of an emergency the building may be needed as a shelter. This will take priority over any event.
For information about booking the Community Center for your event, please contact City Hall at 936-628-3305 during regular business hours (8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday)
Rental Fees (includes a $150 refundable deposit if the building is left clean as required.)
4 hours- $350.00
All day-$550.00
If alcohol will be served at your event a law enforcement office is required to be on duty.
Please call or visit City Hall to pay your rental fees.
The Community Center seats approximately 100 people at tables.
Inventory:
110 folding chairs- They do not all look the same
13- six-foot round tables
2-eight-foot rectangle tables
7- ten-foot rectangle tables
7- folding eight-foot rectangle tables
