Pay My Ticket:    You can make payments to the Shepherd Municipal Court.  You must have a Driver’s License Number to use this option.   If you don’t have a Driver’s License number, then please contact the court clerk at 936-628-3305

Pay My Utility Bill:    Here is where you can pay your water bill.   You can look up your bill with your account number or your last name.

Utility Deposits:   This option is for NEW SERVICE

Plumbing Permit:   Please contact our permit clerk at 936-628-3305 for your permit cost.

Building Permit:  Please contact our permit clerk at 936-628-3305 for your permit cost.

Parks and Recreation Payment:   Please use this option to pay your community center rental fees.

*NOTE:  The vendor charges an additional fee to process Credit Card Payments.    No Electronic Check accepted.
